This website is devoted to offering assistance to anyone falsely accused, or who is facing a false accusation or allegation of child sexual abuse and to those who have been wrongfully convicted based on false allegations of child abuse.

Please understand, I am not a lawyer. I have 40 years private investigative experience and since 1989, my practice has been devoted solely to working with clients falsely accused, wrongfully convicted or who have legal malpractice issues. The greatest majority of my work  has nothing to do with private investigation. It is more aimed at defense strategy, trial consultant and assisting clients and/or their attorneys in civil and criminal trials.

Frequently website designers contact us, asking if we want a more professional look to our site and the answer is no. This was never meant to be a fancy site. I am much more interested in providing quaility information and pages that are easy to navigate.
