The following information represents some of our educational background:

  • Investigative studies included sociology, criminology, report writing, procedures for properly taking statements, interviewing, interrogation, photography, accident, criminal and criminal defense investigations, modus operandi, fingerprints, handwriting analysis, typewriting identification, firearms identification, casting and molding and scientific investigation and identification.
  • Electronic Invasion Countermeasure studies included electronics and counterintelligence equipment, including the ta-300, psa-250, su-300 and sm-401, used in scanning for the existence of "RF" transmitters, "hot wired" telephones and for detecting tape recorders attached to telephone lines.
  • Legal studies included business law, criminal law, civil law, pretrial civil and criminal procedure, rules of evidence, testimony and legal research techniques.
  • Truth Verification studies included the PSE, psychological stress evaluator (lie detector) and techniques used for one-on-one testing or analyzing pre-taped recordings.
  • Miscellaneous studies included accounting, claims adjusting, drafting, licensed emergency medical technician, studies of anatomy, industrial safety, including firefighting and firefighting equipment and studies in the martial arts, specifically Tae Kwon Do and Shotokan Karate.
  • Computer studies included techniques in designing and building computer systems, designing networks and in programming in "Clarion" computer language.
  • Conducted an extensive study from 1991 through 1997, into all aspects of false allegations of sexual abuse and the proper procedure for defending such actions. Studies included seminars, interviewing experts throughout the country and obtaining various studies, lawsuits, judicial opinions and other material pertaining to the subject. Topics included, but not limited to, properly investigating and defending child sexual abuse cases, trial procedures including voir dire and opening and closing statements in child abuse cases, cross-examination of child witnesses, the proper use of various defense experts, laws dealing with admissibility of expert testimony, (DAUBERT), the suggestibility of children, coerced confessions, assessing credibility of children's statements, proper interviewing techniques in dealing with a child making an allegation of sexual abuse, biases of child sexual abuse experts, emotional conditions of the falsely accused, the S.A.I.D. Syndrome, dealing with law enforcement and the prosecutor in sexual abuse cases, the use of the polygraph under DAUBERT, malpractice litigation and breaking immunity for civil litigation by those falsely accused of sexual abuse.
  • Have gained extensive experience and training in legal research and the proper procedure for drafting Complaints and preparing various legal documents such as Appeal Briefs and Petitions for Writ of Habeas Corpus to assist our clients who are representing themselves, Pro Se.
  • Our practice, since 1989 has been devoted strictly to false allegation cases, assisting those acting Pro Se in overturning their convictions and legal malpractice investigations.
  • As of January, 2009, I have personally participated in working with clients in more than 500 false allegation cases in the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Italy, France and Brazil. I have assisted in more than 230 trials in 49 states and have assisted clients who have been wrongfully convicted and fathers who have been falsely accused by mothers of child molestation in order to gain the upper hand in a custody battle.
