The following represents some of the legal experience and knowledge I have gained while in practice:

• Extensive experience in legal research techniques. I am not attempting to hold myself out to be an attorney, nor am I representing myself to be a member of any bar association. In most cases, I have simply assisted clients who were not represented by an attorney.

• Assisted both attorneys and Pro Se individuals in their preparation of interrogatories, depositions and numerous other aspects of discovery.

• Assisted Pro Se Appellants in the preparation of their Appeal Briefs to State Supreme Courts and Courts of Appeal.

• Assisted Pro Se Appellants in the preparation of Motions for Rehearing of Appeal Briefs before State Supreme Courts.

• Assisted Pro Se Petitioners in the preparation of their Petitions for Writ of Habeas Corpus in local, State and Federal Courts.

• Assisted Pro Se Petitioners in the preparation of their Petitions for Writ of Certiorari to State and Federal Courts.

• Assisted Pro Se litigants in the preparation of their Complaints against psychologists for malpractice.

• Assisted Pro Se litigants in the preparation of their Complaints against their former attorneys for malpractice.

• Assisted Pro Se litigants in the preparation of their Complaints against prosecutors based on 42 U.S.C. Sec. 1983, Deprivation of Rights.

• Assisted Pro Se litigants in their preparation and presentation of numerous trial Motions and in the preparation of Orders based on Motions filed.

• Successfully handled negotiations and out-of-court settlements for our clients for amounts up to $135,000.00.

• Prepared and presented numerous cases to Grand Juries based on investigations of employee theft and on every occasion, indictments were returned.
