Basic Fees

• $ 150.00 per hour, hourly rate

  • Our time is our only tangible asset. It is our standard policy to charge for all time we spend including, but not limited to, consultations, reading and responding to email, faxes, sent and received and all telephone calls with a minimum billing of .25 hour (1/4) per activity.

• $ 1.00 per mile when using our vehicles

• $ 300.00 per hour, truth verification testing

• $ 300.00 per hour for Countermeasures

Out of State Rates - Applies to Any Case Outside the State of Mississippi

Flat Fee Rate For False Allegation Defense

• An alternative to our hourly rate and available only to "already established" clients who have been falsely accused and where our projected involvement is expected to be detailed and lengthy. For a detailed explanation, see Flat Fee Explanation. This option assures our continued involvement in a case until it's completion, regardless of how long it takes.

Mississippi False Allegation Cases

• The initial retainer for any false allegation case in Mississippi is $5,000.00, no exceptions. All Mississippi cases will be worked at our standard hourly, mileage and expense rate. Out-of-State rates do not apply.

Refund Policy

• Once a client pays a retainer to us, there will be no refund of any money paid. It takes time for us to schedule work, make necessary arrangements and prepare a client file. If a client cancels a trip within two weeks of that trip's scheduled date, they will owe the entire trip balance as it would not be practical for us to attempt and fill that time slot with another case. If a trip is canceled, a client can use the amount they paid, for our services at our standard hourly rate, for a period of time up to, but not exceeding one year from the date the trip was canceled. Under no circumstances should anyone retain our services unless they fully understand and agree to this policy. This policy appears both here and on our out-of-state page so there can be no misunderstanding.

Countermeasures (De-Bugging)

• $ 150.00 - Vehicles for RF Transmitters

• $ 300.00 - Residences, RF Transmitters and Telephone Lines

• $ 450.00 - Business, RF Transmitters and Telephone Lines

• $ 50.00 - Per Telephone Line in Excess of two

• Hourly, mileage and expense charges are added to the above flat rates.

Miscellaneous

• $ 10,000.00 - Investigative Training School Tuition

• $ 7,500.00 - Security Training - Minimum 5 Students

• $ 2,500.00 - Any Seminar, Minimum
